I've had a word at work and they will stump up the £500 for a team. I did say we would be called 'Team Snake Racing'.

 

"The event takes place at Fast lane Karting at fenton Stoke, February 27th 7.00PM to 7.00PM on the 28th" - Beamer2 quote.

 

So if you wish to join the team of 6 please leave your name below and PM me your details. Name, address, contact number etc...

 

You need to be 100% definate to do this as I would prefer for nobody to drop out as 8 hours driving a kart may hurt a tad....

Do i take it the ideas died.

If so in view of the time ive spent posting messages on the forum & E mails could you please be decent enough to tell me so.

especially since ive now paid £100 to Fast lane and have only managed to find 5 Karters to replace the snake racing team. Im usually very placid but events like this frankly annoy me

I told you last Thursday (well over a week ago) that if you didn't hear from me on Friday to give the place to one of the other 4 or 5 teams you said were on standby...........

 

I never asked you to pay the £100 to Fast Lane did I? No........

 

What do you want me to do, beat the money out of my managers at work, they went back on their word, not me.

Im not interested in getting into a pointless argument,i dont think you personally are to blame for anything, i decided to get a 2nd team together to save me letting fast lane down and i mean what i say.

I accept you cant force your managers to pay the deposit.

The matter is now sorted and you and anyone else on this forum are welcome to take part in what will be a good event.

As far as im concerned ive no argument with you mate.

The score is if you still want to come along we would have 7 in a team if more Karters along it will get cheaper/personi.As posted before its £350/team per 24hrs but dont forget you have to bring to the event £500/team of sponsorship money raised for charity If anyone else wants to go let me Know by E mail and ill forward the full details of the event.

Beamer2 - If it's ok, I have a mate who is not a member of this forum but would love to join the team. He is a Vauxhall driver but we all have our faults. Is he able to participate?

Yes Ok & if you Know anyone else they can participate too, If you can get Radio Stoke in your area Tune in this monday pm at 6.30 theres an interview from the Karting centre about the event.
