I've had a word at work and they will stump up the £500 for a team. I did say we would be called 'Team Snake Racing'.

 

"The event takes place at Fast lane Karting at fenton Stoke, February 27th 7.00PM to 7.00PM on the 28th" - Beamer2 quote.

You need to be 100% definate to do this as I would prefer for nobody to drop out as 8 hours driving a kart may hurt a tad....

Im posting this to let you Know more about the Go Karting Event,

We have arranged a Music Festival to take place at the Karting Centre throughout the event. Up to 10 local groups playing various types of Music will play 9 till midnight Fri 27 and 11am to 6.30pm Sat After the end of the race sat there will be a Post race

event in a local pub where again bands will perform.

The event was in the local paper this week and is on radio Stoke & signal radio we are trying thro contacts to get on Midlands Today.

Anyone who isnt in mattys team wanting to take part Contact me Urgently.

does anyone know if its indoor/ outdoor.... what facilities are there at the track.. and is there a website for the place?

The Karting centre is called Fast Lane Karting @ Fenton stoke on trent,Its an indoor facilty all overalls helmets gloves provided.There is a cafe availabe throughout,

there is Computerised timing Loads of Monitors to view ongoing position in race

Electronic scoreboard.good Karts good circuit
