Power House Amuse Hi-Tech ECU ??

Just done some ferreting around in my car to try and find out what's been done to it by the previous Japanese owner.

 

The ECU is a Hi-Tech ROM from Power House Amuse. Anyone know anything about this - is it any good? Unfortunately the Power House Amuse website is entirely in Japanese so I can't make head nor tail of it!

 

I've managed to find some english instructions for the HKS EVC-IV controller, which I'll need to try and calibrate (or see if it is properly calibrated) and the Endless Function B6 coilovers (which seem to have settings ranging from very hard to extremely hard!)

 

How do I find out if the turbos etc are standard, can't actually figure out how to get to them easily!
