Let have another poll.

Estimated BHP:

For those that did the SE RR and have not modified their car since, use that figure.

If you have modified you car since then have a guess (a sensible one) as to what BHP (flywheel) you are now running.

For those of you that have stated over 450BHP .

We want to know what you have and how you got there. So we can learn from you :D.

If your car is currently being worked on to improve this figure, please vote on what you are realistically hoping to achieve when the work is finished.

I got 334 at the fly with 9psi, I'm now running 15psi so I think this should take me to just over the 400 mark ?. Anyone disagree :confussed: ?

How do you get minus 250? (1st option) :) in reverse maybe?

I would like to think I got about 350ish but never been on a R/R.

From the RR day i got 330 at the crank but with nackered tubs , new tubs going on next week with pulley etc so should be pulling nearly 400.

Also have spare engine which will be rebuilding over the next year and aiming for 450-500 that will be usable and reliable :D

Can a mod change the -250 to less than 250 and the 650+ to more than 650 ?.

Thanks

ok i had to guess at mine because its never been tested but i'm aiming for 400-450 if i'm not there now i will be one day :D

Regards,

Come round tonight mate. Oh I forgot you haven't got a 300zx at the moment :D  LOL

Yeah we'll ahve to do this as soon as you get the car back. Will take us all of 15 mins ;)

Wasn't DaveW supposed to plumb in our gauges? :D

I voted 350-400, can a mod please change it to 350-403...

Where is the option for NOTHING! as it is in lots of tiny pieces:D Hang on I will add it:dance:

I am not sure what my car can push out but I voted for between 350 - 400. Really want to get on the RR so I can get a good figure.

My engine is in good shape as I have had a compression test done and a leak down test.

I have blitz sus induction, JWT chip, boost controller currently running at 14psi and aftermarket zorst but that's about all the power mods I have made.

Since fitting my new clutch from Smithy she drives like a new car .. When I removed my old clutch it was still ok, it wasn't particularly on the way out as such, it just couldn't handle the power.

So not sure .... gotta be round about 350+ though I guess.

If anyone has a better idea .. let me know!!

Chris

LOL For this poll to be a more accurate representation, can everyone please vote ;)

We've only one running in the stock interval at the moment  , plus I can see lots of people logged in - get voting ya lazy people! :D

I've got a Mongoose exhaust, JWT filter, underdrive pulley, JWT chip running 12 psi on a J-spec TT auto. I've never had it on a rolling road and there seems to be a debate about how accurate the JWT BHP charts are, so tell me how many BHP I have and I'll vote. ;)

You've got the same as me ignoring brands, plus the U/D pulley, so I'd guess 350-400BHP :)

Wasn't everyone unhappy with the flywheel calculation from the RR-day? So wouldn't a rwbhp poll have been better? Anyway, can I vote next week when I actually know! :D WTF am I grinning about?! It could be completely pants... then I'll have to run away and hide for a while!

I put down 300-350, I've got an HKS induction, Mongoose exhaust and the Apexi boost gauge goes well above the 0.5 mark (no idea how much above as I'm too busy looking at the road when it gets to that speed! )

It's probably wishful thinking, but it sounds good down the pub!:D

So what do you reckon for yours then ? 550 - 600 ? 600 - 650 ? Or are you thinking more along the lines of 650 > ?
