Are the cats part of the front pipe or do they detach seperately.

 

Lookin to decat so would i have to buy fronts pipes?

if you go to an exhaust workshop (as opposed to a buy one off the shelf gaff) they will cut your cats out and make yyou a replacement pipe for them, ask em nicely and they will even do it so that you can refit your cats if needed

Mine is a 1993 import n/a.

If I had the cat removed, do any adjustments, etc have to be made.

Can I expect better fuel economy with the cat removed.

Does a 1993 need a cat to get through the mot.

One exhaust dealer told me it would be illegal for him to do it.
