P.C.D.for wheels/ALC opinion

Started to look for some alloy wheels and need to know the p.c.d. and the offset , can any one help with this info:slap:

 

And has anyone fitted an ALC, to there auto , what differences have you noticed , is it worth it?...cheers!!

Fitted an ALC2 last saturday before the meet and Sunday was the first day I used it , the only real thing I noticed was that it changed gear much quicker and that was about it , I only paid £100 for mine , not sure I would pay £250 for it though

I have an HKS ALC in my car. It doesn't make a huge difference in around town driving but it shifts very quickly at full throttle.
