Advice on wheels /tyres please

Hi,

can someone tell me what the best wheel width/tyre size combo works well/ looks good on a std body TT(17ins/18ins) please,

Personally I think 17s look better on the Z than 18s. But I think I am the minority on this.

 

People tend to go for 255 or 265 on the rears. Any larger and you could end up having them catch on the wheel arches, hence people have wide arch kits.

 

On the front virtually all go for 235 or stay with 225. 245 cause the car to tramline and are really counter productive

Front 18x8 or up to 18x9 on 235/45/18 tyres

Rear 18x10 with 265/35/18
