Makes loads of difference how you drive. The other day I drove home from the office (15 miles including some motorway) without using positive boost once, just to prove it could be done. I kept up with "normal" cars on slip roads etc even when short changing.

 

I'm buggered if I'm doing that for a whole tank of Optimax, but it might be an interesting experiment...

My company car (306 hdi) does regular 65 ish MPG 62-68. Thats driving like a totaly girl. Otherwise I manage to get 58 driving a bit hard, all the down to 49 if i boot it everywhere. :D
