Just had my '90 Jap TT serviced and noticed that the turbo boost gauge now doesn't move at all - even when the engine is switched off. It seems permanently stuck just to the right of zero.

ย

No change to performance however - still as quick as ever.

ย

Is it possible the needle is stuck or could this be something more serious?

Give the dash a whack, I've heard that solving this problem before.

Or you could have a problem with the sender or wiring...

Thanks Pete - I'll give it a whack and see what happens !

sounds like whoever serviced it knocked one of the pipes off the sender, but if it stays on 0 even with the ignition off then its jammed and the good old whack the dash should fix it :D
