I am just after destroying one of the stubs on the rear of my Z.

When switcing wheels from stock to 18's I found one of then nuts a bit hard to get on.

When I went to back on the stock wheels a week later The nut had cross threaded on the stub and I was very lucky to get it off, but in the process destroyed one of the stubs.

Can these be knocked out and replaced directly like for example mitsubishi Galant or do I need a whole new(secondhand unit)??

You can deffo change them individually.

Try Mike Feeney at MJP (now handily located in the traders section) for replacement studs.

I have changed all my front studs to Nismo longer versions.

I wrote up somewhere how they press out and in. I will find it for you.
