I enjoy friendly banter, and really look forward to racing some Zeds down the strip or even around a track, but is there any need for crap like that (AdamR)?

 

Who knows, if this were a good event it could become an annual thing. Especially as there weren't any zeds at Ten of the Best II.

Would also be interested in taking a peek at their fine motors (mutral respect and all that).

 

Was going to buy a GTO before the 300zx. Was neck and neck until after the test drive. GTO is a very nice car but I prefered the drivability of the Z, it's made you work harder for the fun :bow:. The GTO pretty much drove itself IMHO. No disrespect to any GTO drivers, just my personal taste. ;)

It is for one that's only got a full exhaust and a filter :D

 

How does this sound, 2 totally standard GTOs vs 2 totally standard Zeds.

 

2 minor performance mods (filter, boost and filter) vs 2 of the same mods Zeds

 

2 full on heavily modded GTOs vs 2 of the same mods Zeds.

 

Should help avoid arguements of why we beat you:rofl:

 

Losers buy the :duffer:

 

Then it's :x: until the next event.

You can count me in and my mate is well up for it he's got a GTO and if it's early next year we should both be running with NOS :D :D

I was queuing at Santa Pod next to a guy with a black GTO with NOS and the pipe burst off and he lost it all :eek:

 

Scared the bejeesus out of everyone! :rofl:

Dont think so.

We only have a couple of people crazy enough to do that - and cant think of anyone that was at the pod last month running with NOS.

Twas in the summer some time, July/August maybe.

I think the guy with the nos could have been Dave, he doesn't post on the forum, but he attends a few meets in a black GTO with nos. I know he had some problems when the kit was first installed with a dodgy hose.
