Price is £50 all inclusive per car if we get up to 15 cars.

Between 15 - 20 cars, the price drops to £45 per car.

 

More than 20 is apparently not feasible due to time restraints and people wanting to go home.

Have just had a text from Pete @ Thor Racing and he has requested that as many people as possible arrive for 8am. They are opening the DynaPack section especially for us, so if we can all get there for as early as possible, it would be appreciated, please.

 

Also, his credit card machine has not turned up, so those that are paying on the day, please can you bring cash or cheques.

FFS!!! I have just got back from my bodyshop. Its not ready, surprise, surpsrise. Very nearly, I did see it with my own eyes. He said it would be ready by 10:30 tomorrow morning but I want to be there early so I will be coming in the Golf.........HIS Golf that he leant me cos he felt bad. Its a new Golf turbo diesel, well pokey as it goes.

Anyway, Z was looking a bit nice, he's re-sprayed the whole car! The stone gaurd taken off and smoothed looks REALLY nice........just a shame it won't make an appearance tomorrow.

Oh well, next time.

Would like to thank everyone who turned up today - a good collection of 15+ Zeds and some good bhp figures coming out. Congratulations to _cj_ whom I think had the top figure of the day.

 

Unfortunately I couldn't see what mine was running as the machine broke as soon as my car got onto it. :( Just before it did, though, the run showed 340-something bhp and I wasn't at the top of the boost range. :D

 

A great day all in and BIG thanks to THOR RACING!

Was a good day and I think people where more impressed with this set up that the SE rolling road.

 

At first we though there may be a problem as 3 out of the first 4 cars seemed to be detting.

 

How ever this seemed to be a coincidence as most of us had a nice smooth run.

 

Good to see everyone again and also good to meet the new people. Some who travelled a great distance, which I thought showed immense enthusiasm.

 

Didn't really get much video footage as it was too bloody cold and it took too long to se tthe cars up so, I decided to give it a miss for once. soory peeps, I may have a few clips which I will bung together if I get enough interest.

Many thanks to all who attended. Don't think the farmer was too impressed with the numbers of cars (I was :) )

 

Appologies to the members I was a little short with about directions :x:

I will address this next time with some grass verge signs. I was just so busy getting wheels off to correctly explain where you needed to go on the telephone. Plus I'm not too sure of the area myself (having just moved in)

 

If you need any advice on what your Dyno printout means and what can be done to fix it then please ask.

 

I was getting worried for the Z's at first as a lot were detting but this was an isolated few. But goes to show that you could be damaging your engines over time if you don't address the worryingly lean fueling on some of them.

 

I hope some of you might be interested in future tuning work and would look to THOR for some assistance.

 

I'm going to become a trader on this forum a.s.a.p.
