In the middle of my NA to TT conversion and swapping the air con systems over!

 

:There is one line we are having difficutly with!

 

:It has a purpose built, cylindrical shaped swell in the line made of aluminium! About the size of a small fuel filter! Novalves attached to it, just the AC line going in and out, it lives near the passenger side turbo!

 

:We are having difficulty incorporating this and wondered if it was a necessary part of the system?

You just want even less MASS dont you Mark!!!!

 

Its not the little inspection thingy that your on about is it? Id of said that was closer the battery than the turbo, but then again ive never sen my turbos!!!:D

It is near the battery, it is about the size of a can of fizzy drink you get on an aeropplane!

Is this the thing your on about? If so its the air con inspectiony thingy (least thats the technical name for it!!!)

I have found out what it is, it is a damper to stop noise and vibration when the AC clutch kicks in!!
