What sort of timescale can I expect my new PTU from courtesy to arrive at my door, it was ordered last night.

The quickest & most expensive should take 2-3 days.

mine took 6 weeks to come, so may sure you tell them you want in in the next 4 - 5 days or they will send it via normal post.

 

I'm sure they forgot to send mine and I phoned them after 5 weeks and I got it a week later with a free in car double cup holder :confused: WTF ??? LOL

The prices are good. Warning:- You also need to be prepared for the UK hit (GBP/Sterling equivalent) - 17.5% VAT; 6.0% Import Duty; Admin charge by the delivery company for tax & duty collection (varies between companies).

 

You may be lucky, but you should be prepared for the worst. Still a good price though.

I ordered a few things from them a while ago (two near rear quarter windows, full set of rubber window seals). Both of the windows were faulty, and the fault on both was quite CLEARLY not done in transit. Do you think I could get a quick easy answer or replacement out of them? I did in the end, but it took me about three months, and many emails and phone calls to get the replacements.

 

Just make sure that what you order is ok. Otherwise, you have my sympathy.
