The other day I decided to try this BP Ultimate stuff to see if there was any comparision to the Optimax I usually use. As I thought there was no real noticable difference apart from the price, 87.9 pence per litre! I never pay more than 82.9 round my way for a litre of Shells finest.

I have also been told that depite all BP's "improvements" to there standard super unleaded it is still only giving 97 octane. ! less than Optimax.

Is there anything that makes BP Ultimate better than Optimax and is it really worth the extra 5p on every litre!

Anyway, starting to sound like a moaning old anorak now so will let ya guys say your stuff!

I coldnt really tell the difference between ultimate and optimax,

 

I will be making a few runs when the gtech turns up, it may tell the difference between ultimate/optimax/lrp and diesel in the zed ;)
