Are they the same? Or not?

Not sure about the dimensions but the TT clutch is a more heavyweight item. The TT uses a vacuum servo to assist clutch operation as without it it would be very heavy to use...AFAIK the NA doesn't use the servo (also known as clutch booster) so you wouldn't want to use it for commuting.

 

Not sure if Ben's still got my standard 2nd hand TT clutch...never fitted it, opting for the RPS upgrade from Smithy. I'll check with Ben if you're interested...

To be honest im debating buying a second hand N/A clutch off Andy Z!! Trouble is theirs no telling how long it will last!

If you're looking for a good price NA clutch, check out ebay. There are usually a few cheap oem replacement discs.

You saved money on the parts, so u might aswell save money on the labor too!

Ill get a quote for how much via a garage then work it out. Ive never done a clutch before so, i defo wont be doing this one!! Im having probs at the moment as ive ordered it, then as i was rechecking the details, i realised it says nothing about UK delivery!!!! Oh dear!! Its all gone through paypal too.

 

Have sent them 3 emails, but as yet no reply :mad:

You can retrieve a paypal payment through your user options, once yer happy the firm will post to UK, go ahead again.

Hmm not good sign, if they accepted payment which comes via email message from paypal, then they are on line and reading messages, so should respond to you right way. Post a link here to the item and i'l look to see if i know them if you like.

I've ordered loads of stuff in the states like this and had no trouble, i think you've over reacted a touch, infact im not even sure what's worried you here.
