anyone know how this system supposed to work, is there any write up on it

takes a while to warm up

and always blows fast speed when you turn ignition on

Thats strange.

 

Is yours a series 1 or 2 Z?

 

Does your Z show the out side temperature?

Also it has the self-diagnostic if you don't have access to Consult / ConZult.

yeah must be the strangest setup up ever, great for when its summer and blast out icey cold air, but can i get any heat out of the damn thing, at normal running temp i set it to 25 and its blowing like mad and nothing comes out any vents, if i turn the defogger on it blows lovely hot air over the windscreen tho. then sometimes it will blow out the front vents but it has got a mind of its own.
