Hello,

 

I ordered some bits from courtesy Tuesday last week and got the confirmation email that day. They said I'd get my email with UPS tracker number in the next 1-2 days, but I haven't had it yet.

 

I've sent a couple of emails asking if there have been any stock or despatch problems to sales@courtesyparts.com and had nothing back :confused:

 

Just want to know if anyone else is dealing with them at the mo, and if their email is working?

Hiya pete

 

Iv ordered some parts from them 2 and theyve only gone and posted them standard mail delivery which has taken over a week now and theyre still not here. I originally wanted UPS delivery but that was not available to choose online.

 

When i previously ordered from them they send a confirmation email straight away which i think is standard but to get the UPS tracking number it depends when they send the parcel out, that is when u will get it and it takes about 2 days there after to recieve.

They tend to be a bit slow on sending parts over to the uk i find.

Next time i say you ring them up and order and ask them when it will leave the warehouse and how long it will take to arrive in the uk.

Though one thing ull find awful are those american accents u just wanna punch them coz its so annoying.:mad:

Is there such a thing as being to friendly "howdy partner, what can i do for YAH" :rolleyes: and u can reply "shove a steering rack up ur arse u ****er" :xxx: :dance: :rofl:

Yeah I ordered a load of stuff ($1300) and I had to Email them as I hadnt heard for nearly a week,considering they say that they will despatch usually 1-2 days,they did mail back in the hour telling me they had just sent!!!

Arrived today another week later via parcelforce+£87 charges :eek:

TBH they *can* be bloody awefull on the customer service front. I had an order with them about 4 months ago. They took the payment, I waited 3 weeks.... nothing... mailed them and got a responce 'we're waiting for parts'... mailed back asking what parts, no responce. Few weeks later sent another email asking if they had any idea when the parts would be in. Responce "They are in stock". So they got another mail off me "If the parts are in stock then when will I recieve my order?"....."Sent today". I then had to ask for a tracking number :rolleyes: If all parts are in stock, I have known them to deliver within 3 working days which is quicker than Nissan UK. They are MUCH cheaper though so you have to take your pick...

 

I find it depends on who you speak to as to how quickly/efficiently your order is processed. I'd still use them over anyone else though...

Pete if worst comes to worse just ring them its not that expensive and write down who u spoke to so u can give him a *****cking if he fu*ks up ur order.

P.s. sorry about all the rage but i miss my zed and driving a shitty golf dont help when i see all these other cars and the way they show them off to me. What they dont realise is im schemeing a plan to get them all back. HAHAHAHAHAHA HA HA :rolleyes: :D

mmmmmmTBH never had a problem with them,i orderd around $1000 last month,got mail to say been sent out 4 days later,came the following week by USPS not UPS this time so was a tad longer(parts before took 6days:D )they said it would take longer as they had to get some parts shipped in from other states to make up order,and lucky me,no duty to pay:D ;):dance: :dance:

Apparently a better source of parts is Cos at Ginnmotorsports, or even our illustrious MR feeney at MJP on the trader section who said he will match Courtesy prices!
