How do I get piccy under my author name

I'm an extreme newbie and have finally taken photo's of my Z. :D

 

I've just sent me £20 off to subscribe and make it official and feel the need for a picture. Had a look at my user profile and then did some searches with no luck. :(

 

I'm sure it must be simple !!
