Carried out ecu check found left front wheel speed sensor faulty just replaced still the same:confused: what else can i do.......

If the light comes on before you move, I doubt it is the ABS sensor. When you drive the ABS does a diagnostic and it would detect no signal coming from the wheel and then then light would come on.

 

When I changed a sensor on mine, I noticed if the sensor was not attached when I started the engine, I think the ABS light came on straight away. So it could be wireing problem.

Stu the light only comes on after travelling a few yards:confused:

it def sounds like a sensor did you check power output of new sensor if so could be wire...i have same prob the abs light was on all the time on start up changed the abs control unit now stops off untill i reach certain speed looked at control unit flashes 5 time indicating front left sensor had a look not fitted correct getting new one see if thar will help will keep y posted.
