Auto Trans. Oil Cooler Location?

Hi All,

Would be interested to know, where any of you have fitted auto oil coolers. I'm thinking of fitting mine against rear of main rad in the space between the rad and main fan. This will be the neatest route (and shortest piping) in my opinion, but any feedback re, cooling efficiency and effect of positioning welcome..

 

I've seen a lot fitted right up front before the secondary/aircon fan, but this looks to impede air flow in that area.
