HEY Bis anyone running SE NISSAN b'o'v's or de=cat pipes? IF SO WHAT THEY LIKE?

 

i live in exeter/devon and am trying to find a suitable garage to get fitted

 

avc-r boost controller

ECU re-map

BOV'S

DE-CAT PIPES

INTER-COOLER

ETC

 

 

AT THE MOMENT AM CONSIDERING TRAVELLING 8 + HOUR ROUND TRIP TO se NISSAN

 

DOES ANYONE KNOW OF ANYWHERE CLOSER OR AM I BETTER OFF GOING FOR IT?

Wrong order!

 

Induction kit first. Do that yourself.

 

BOVs are for 'show' don't affect performance.

 

Beware de-catting, not good for high mileage engine.

 

If you are boosting then you must have after-market

gauge.

 

Intercoolers not really needed until high 300bhp

'though I hear that the Jap spec are not as good as on

UK car.

dont worry i already have induction kit + performance exhaust's!

 

mines less than 60,000 miles and if i do find i have poor turbo seal's then i can sort that out! if need be!

 

also fitting out twin boost gauges so i can keep an eye on each bank independantly!:dance:

 

 

 

im a fully qualified mechanic so can do all work myself, but would prefer the specialists to set it all up!

 

dont trust anyone round here though!

How can you put twin boost guages on as there is a balance bar so you won't be able to separate the two turbos to monitor ?

If you do find anywhere, please tell me..... Like you said SE Nissan's a bit out of the way. They should move to this side of London!!!;)

oh ball's thats wrecked my plan!

forgot about the balance bar. ill probally still do it cos itll look good!

Ben (RobH's friend) has got twin gauges which seem to work ok...:confused:

One gauge.

 

Two will be too distracting and quite unnecessary.
