I know a few of you guys stayed there the Billing weekend... probably no fault of their own, they've just sent me two very suspicious emails that I'm presuming are virus'd. One claims to be from Microsoft (a security update, with patch attached!) and the other's a Network Email Service announcement with an executable attachment.

I got them but as soon as my firewall said are you sure you want to down load. I clicked the "You gotta be fooking kidding me" button ;).

No seriously I did get the mail but deleted before opening it.

Dunno 'bout stealing towels... my mate backed up their bog and we left in a bit of a hurry! Maybe this is pay-back?!

I didn't seem to get a "You gotta be fooking kidding me" button but that's pretty much it. I've kept the emails in case anyone needs the header details, but I'm thinking I might mail Green Park tomorrow to let them know. Might ask them to install a proper working bar for the next Billing too. Beer vending machine?! What's that all about?!!!

LOL - I'm quite glad they never managed to e-mail me confirmation now!! :D:D

You're prolly right, Simon - pay-back for the toilet damage!

I got another "official" looking Microsoft titled email from Green Park today. Niiiice.

They have a worm/virus. Don't run that attachment - it has a nasty virus embedded.

Well you always said I was full of sh*t, now you know if true!

You know it's a bad one when it's a quadruple flusher:D

Well you probably were full of sh*t until that day! I knew something was up when I heard you sniggering and the bog being flushed over and over!

I have actually mailed them now. I was polite about it. You never know, they'll probably mail back: we remember you - you're the ones that broke our plumbing! We had to call in a decontamination team when you left and shut the hotel down for a couple of weeks! :D

It was probably my download that started the virus then :D

Well your download did kinda spread rather fast. You crashed their system (cistern?) because you were downloading too fast... trying to jam too much crap through a low bandwidth connection. It smelt like toxic waste so I wouldn't be surprised if it was full of viruses ;)
