Just fitting jwt ecu & 1mm mig welding tips, can any one tell me if i need a new boost gauge, if so where & how much are they.

Or is it ok just to run it as it is??

If i need one where do you fit it? is it a pod or goes in the proper bit of dash??

Well the stock boost gauge isn't much cop to be honest.

I would personally fit an aftermarket model. You can get theses from £15 - £150 depending on what ones you go for.

I have the Avanti gauges as they have 7 different colour back lights. I'm only going to use the light blue but they were cheap and chearful.

My after market gauge showed 15psi with 1mm tips, but my stock one shot over to the other side so quick that it jammed.

Are they easy to fit & do i need to do it while my engine is in bits??

No.

There is already a place where the stock gauge gets the pressure from. You connect your gauge hose up to that. Hardest part is getting the tube through to inside your car.
