Just wondered if anyone can tell me if the boost guage tells the boost from both turbos combined? For example, if the guage says 8psi, does that mean that both turbos are kicking out 8psi or does it mean that each turbo is pushin 4psi each?

No, each turbo provides boost to each side of the engine. Think of it as 2 1.5ltr turbo engines, so each turbo provides 9psi to each side. There is a tube joining them both just to make sure they're both at the same boost though.

8psi is the boost you are running as there is a balance bar between the two intakes to ensure boost is even to each side of the v engine. By the way the stock boost guage is not the most accurate.
