Halfords is convenient, but staffed by zombies.
I got the paint code off the identification plate and took it in, walked past the sign that said they could mix up 48,000 colours and asked the young chap if he could mix it for me. He looked in his big book, and then wound up his computer, but couldn't find Nissan on there at all.
I sighed and gave up. Can anyone help out- my paint code is AH3 G (wine red metallic). Should they have been able to do it? They had a big book with model years which he flicked through. I told him (maybe) it was under 1991, as that was the year of the car, but I honestly don't know on this one- maybe the guy was right and maybe I am being stupid.
Anyone had touch up paint mixed by Halfords? I did a quick search on here and it seems they SHOULD be able to do it. Did I get the code wrong?
