Oh on a side note, is there a rev limiter in RLTC? If so has anyone got it to work?

Revlimter as in wont go over 2000rpm if you choose so? If so there was something called a valeting mode which does such a thing to stop people taking your car for a spin. I think it was optional though.

yep that's the cookie, basically for running in, but also I have a custom map so I can have the rev limit set to whatever i like, so it would be nice to have the hard ECU limit set to say 8.5k, then be able to adjust it myself below that.

I am sure you can do it on the TC. There are settings soft and hard cut off values.
