Mine seems to be totally out, with my avc-r off, according to the avc-r it hits 45 kg/cm (which is about 6.5 psi), but my gauge goes up to just under 12 psi. Would anything be wrong?

Couldn't comment on how accurate the avc-r is, but it does seem a little feeble, unless it's in safety boost.

With the AVC-R off, and the standard boost solenoid disconnected (as you do to fit the AVC-R), you'll only ever be running "safety boost" - because the ECU can't open the boost solenoid to bleed off some actuator pressure so that you hit standard boost - which is 7psi or thereabouts - so 6.5 would be very nearly spot on..

Not sure why your boost gauge reads so much higher though.. That is a tad strange - maybe it's just really *really* innacurate..

With my dsbc (blitz) when turned off i run

8.79 psi or .606 bar.

Hey Vijay !

I hope it isn't showing 45 kg/cm ! that's like 600psi or something...lol

Stock B-gauge is piece of crap.

Mine shows 9 psi when BC is off. (should be around 6psi)

My Blitz also shows 0.45 kg/cm2 when turned off...and that's what it should show.

Warren, are you're sure you have disconnected the stock boost solenoids ?

Eric,

I know my car goes, but yeah 600 psi is a bit extreme, as yours is its 0.45, but should the gauge read nearly double?

Tim - leave me alone!!!!!!!! You've got this all to come, what goes around comes around (lol)I can't wait for you to get your motor back and then we'll see!!!!!!!!!!!
