I know that as the car gets older the rubber bits around the windows and along the doors change from black to a kind of motley grey colour. Other than replacing all of these, anyone know how to get them black again?

While I'm on the subject, my wiper arms have also lost a lot of the black colour. Now they're silvery/black mix. What can be done to get these black again?

I resprayed my wipers a few weeks ago, they look lovely now, v easy job :)

I got some grey primer and gloss black car spray paint from the the Autoworld near me. Couple of coats of primer, leave for a day.

Then I spent the following evening nipping to the shed applying 5 or so coats of black, one every half hour. I also sprayed some lacquer on to finish but thats probably going over the top :D

The rubber seals - you can get a treatment made by Autoglym I think, but people use all sorts - do a search :)

Cheers m8. I'll give it a go and let you know.

any of the rubber treatments will work i use mer and it will help to stop roof leaks as well , as those rubbers do get tired , also looks better when you have the roof off much better than leaving the rubber untreated and dull looking , it can even make the tyres look better ,,,just the sidewalls though ,,no point doing the tread

I use the Auto Gylm and I think it is great, but like David said, any car rubber treatment will do it.

Try get one which cleans the rubber rather than just paint over it.

Apply it to all your seals as it will help stop your T-Tops leaking. Mine used to be really bad but after a year or regular treatment (Once every 3 or 4 months) the leak has almost gone.
