Ahhhh my first race in my new zed and you dont get any better than this

going down the M6 80 ish minding my own business when a car came flying up me ass...what the f**k is that i said to the wife, it looked massive so i moved over for a look as you do.

To my suprise it was an aston martin vantage wow ive only ever seen one before and this goy was tonkin it as well, he had a look at me and floored it, what a sound it made as it growled away.

"Dont" the wife said so what did i do..floor it up his arse.

;)

He looked a bit suprised but that car is fast he went again and he was pulling away from me so i upped the boost to full, which is the first time ive done it and closed right in on him, he moved over i went past.

the look on his face when i passed him...total shock

I wont say what speed i was doing by this time but lets say it was fast, very fast.

my new baby rules the roads in the north west now.

All this put the biggest smile on my face...i love zeds

Hi Geoff

Yes its been chipped amonst other things.

On full boost should be running 450+ bhp..which is good.

I tell you what though i only just over took him

But he had an after market exhaust on his aston so his might have also been tuned, plus i think they are 500+ bhp anyway

Kirbz

Well done Kirbz!! :D:D Nice one.

Actually, DB7 Vantage has 420 bhp, but enough torque to pull a train, and no lag to worry about. Drove one at Millbrook last year, and they do fly - not to mention sound gorgeous!! :)

It is a 2 tonne car but does have an engine twice as large as a Z

I must admit mine sounds sexy but the aston was just something else especially with an after market exhaust on.

I think with all that torque thats why he pulled away at first cos even on low boost i caught him but when i whipped it up he couldnt pull away :p

Hi Stu

Why shouldnt i take it to grasshopper??

Is there something i should know??

The only reason i was going to take it there is there is not many places in the NW and a few member on here recommended them.

If there is anywhere better please let me know.

Cheers

DURAN DURAN !!:D

I think the question meant "What are you having done there?", rather than "Why on earth are you taking it to Grasshopper?" ;)

Was it a silver Aston?

Reg something like 8 GR?
