refridgeration coolant

What is it?

 

I am talking about a bottle front passenger side, of the engine, just in front of the wheel (have to take wheel panel off to see bottle but fills from top of engine) What goes in here?

    From your description that would be the expansion bottle for the coolant system, requires water/ antifreeze mix via the yellow filler cap.
