Help!! I'm after an induction system and have no clue wtf to buy...:confused: ...I was looking at Blitz or Apexi cos I've been told that the foam HKS ones and the K&N ones are a bit poor and not good for your engine.(oily deposits 'n' stuff)

C'mon, give that massive vat of knowledge a big stir and lets see what drains out into my glass!!:D

Got a Blitz from Z Centre and very pleased with it.

In a group test that I found on the web, the Apexi

unit came out top.

I have the Blitz and it's a work of art and quality engineering but the Apexi did seem to come out tops in a recent test.

Looks more like a bog roll though... :D

id go for the apexi. Doesnt really matter what it looks like anyway not like you can see it?

I use me own :D great in the floods, whilst other cars are stranded mine just kept going, Zeds don't like getting water in the filters see. ;)

Go that bit extra and have one of Smithy's twin induction kits.

 

Better breathing = more useable power.

Thought about it and they look well nice too, but they're twice the price and i have to buy a turbo timer too......:(

Sounds good!! What kind is it and will it work with a Cobra alarm/imobiliser? I want one that activates the alarm when the engine goes off and kills the engine if the hand-brake is realeased/doors opened. I know I'm a picky bugger, but I don't want my Zed goin' anywhere without me!:D
