....wanted to play on the way back from the Pod - right up my a$$ comin off a roundabout. We both floored it and by 40 I was losin him, by 80 he was gone!!:D :D I thought these things were supposed to be fast low down:rolleyes: :D its amazing what a difference a rolling start makes.......

The guy driving was alright though - he caught up when we hit traffic and flashed and waved when he turned off.

Bag of $hite:rolleyes:

apart from no grip and too hot, power just seemed to not be there - nothing specific, but even on the way down there I was saying to Vikki that it felt slow......I was pulling the same times (14.1 at best) in low boost or high boost - it didnt seem to matter.

However - maybe its just me - lots of other cars were going slow too. In my last run I was against a TVR (giffith I think) and I thought fook! with my car running like this, he's gonna fook me with a stick.......but I had him on the line:D - and that was after I completely missed third:eek:

On the plus side my tyres have an extra 6 months wear on them after picking up the huge chunks of spent rubber that were littering the startline:rolleyes: :D

I wonderd what all the action was about at the crossroads just down the road from the Pod,i take it you knew i was behind you,i thought, what the fook is he doin, then it clicked,Adam, nice n cheeky of you to pass him like that:D (by the way at the Wellingborough roundabout, you turned left, with Evo,do you allways go that way, hell of a long way to get to M1:eek: )
