I was involved in a accident on thursday and i managed to mount a kerb at 50mph due to some shit head in a modified R5 GTT (still kicked his arse)

Iv managed to damage both my alloys on the passenger side and possibly damaged the suspension and a bit of bodywork which was gonna be replaced anyway.

Is there any chance i could have damaged anything else as the front wheel is tilting sideways other than upright (like the hicas system)

Also iv been trying to find some panasport G7/C5C2 split rims and the only place i can find them is this site http://www.naisnet.co.jp/panasport/g7-c5c2.htm i cant really understand anything as its in japanese and i need to find if they just sell the outer rim and if there is any1 in the uk that can get hold of them 4 me.

Im really stuck and dont know what to do.

Can any1 help me.

Cheers

Fas

The hicas system operates on back wheels and prob is ok.

If front wheel is tilted, then yes you've some serious damage. Maybe transverse link and/or tension rod.

Do search on 'Panasport' and you'll find plenty of info - use 'Google', the best search engine.

Insurance claim?

dont wanna do a insurance claim i already pay 2 much

how much is it for tranverse link or tension rod job.

im a student (no student tosser jokez please) so trying to figure out the cost

iv done a search the japanese sites on panasport are the only ones that stock it the american 1s have other types of alloys.

I just need the outer rim part as its a two piece alloy the middle section is fine is the outer piece called a lip coz they make reference to them on a number of sites about the width and they say the lip is a number of inches.

dont have a clue

Help any1

Only way to tell is to Look, but it can be case of just replace ing the bent parts, usually bolt on, and so might be really not too bad.

AndyZ is the man to call for bits.

Have a look underneath to see what's bent.

Best on proper lift but if you need to crawl under

buy/borrow axle stands.

Do not, ever, trust to jack!

Could you find a student of auto-engineering?

I hit a kerb with my rear end in a semi spin and manged to bend a track rod end and the rear passenger side wishbone - replaced both bits and it was straight again. Probably best to get the front sorted and see if it handles ok again - if not it's prob worth taking a look at these bits too. My rear passenger wheel was toeing in quite noticeably.
