brake wear

my brakes have worn, is this normal & what should i do??? :confused:

 

i would expect this on an old ford, but not on a zed :(

    They also don't fade as bad if you put them in their asbestos jackets - look in the box, they ARE supplied! Lots of people forget about this and end up cooking their ferrets :(
