I just want to check this one out.

When the air condition is I get dripping water underneath the car. I remember having the same in a Jag.

Is it simply condensation as I think it is?

Old post, but I have a further question.

I noticed this afternoon drops of a 'liquid' underneath the car, while having the heater on. However, it continued droping it even after turning off the heater (half an hour later and it was still droping).

What worries me the most is the fact that on a wet surface it seems like drops of oil! Is it simply water or oil and has nothing to do with the air condition?

Cheers.

Cheers mate!

I hope that it is not engine oil or anything else. It was that 'oil colour' on the wet surface that really worried me.

The air con drain pipe is in the engine bay just below the battery tray

I had simula issue but that was a leaking heater matrix!

This is exactly where the 'liquid' is droping from! Seems like that this is the only 'problem'.

Most probably is not my heater matrix. It has been replaced one and a half year ago.

Thank you.
