Oh dear :(

By my caluclations that puts you well into licence-losing territory :(

Don't think we've got any briefs on here, but if I were you, I'd start looking through the Yellow pages to find a good one..

134mph ooooops. :( Bummer.

I've seen your plate and TBH I'm not surprised.

Unlucky there, how did they get you? Off a bridge or you just missed the marked car?

Mike

Ah sh1t, its a horrible feeling when you've been busted.

Hope it doesn't work out too bad bud! :(

134 mph no no .......89.?mph

the time & distance are what i read on the form thing!

But the handwrighting is abismal! not meaning to mislead anyone,

but thats bad enough :(

Thankz for the concern though people

sorry to hear you got busted. IIRC, they are obliegd to send you a copy of any evidence they intend to use against you, its caleed disclosure or something, have a look at the ABD site, it tells all.

awwww shit.............

harve how did they get you ?

p.s. i like the number plate

Regards,

Alex

Sorry to hear that mate!

Hope they lose the evidence!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mark

sorry to here that. what was the speed limit???

hope its just a couple of points

good luck

jay

Don't tell me plod is doing people for 89 on motorways now!

Surely if the mpeg is evidence they they have to provide you with a copy so that you can mount your defense.

yep, i worked that out to 134 too, there u go, u could get off on his calculations being wrong, or maybe youll just get a worse one

Wasn't a motorway :( ...your average A road, but a safe one!!! no blind corners, hedges or footpath etc, which i know v/well.

.................Your Honor.......................Gulp.........

134mph:eek: you could get a custodial sentence for that speed.Better pack your jimjams and a large bottle of lubri**** when you go to court just in case!!:D  :D

Did you kill anyone???.....No

Did you do all this in a stolen car?......No

Are you running round in an unroadworthy pile of uninsured crap?.....No

Did you beat an old lady to death to steal her pension?......No

Are you an easy target motorist who the police can prey on to extract cash from and hit their crime solving targets?.....Yes

Its a bloody joke:(

Best of luck with it mate.

harve - Just a thought, was it VASCAR that they got you with?

Don't forget to ask for current calibration certificates for all equipment etc etc..

aaron that is old hat and don't work, they got wise to it!

Aye but they still have to provide evidence of calibration, training, etc at your request if you intend to question it in court.

It can work in that they may drop the case because of the time and cost of collating such proof.

Pete there is a big loophole in the system, don't kid yourself mate I know a traffic cop.

Can you get me off mine too then mate? ;) Hopefully they've got no evidence...

The more you can do to increase their costs whilst sticking politely to your rights, without blatantly pissing them off, the more chance of getting off surely?

Hmmm thats debatable mate, most Traffic cops will stoop to any level to catch you out, they have a very large revenue to collect from the poor motorist:(

How fair does this sound......................................

Red Vectra parked in a lay-by,guy sitting on a chair wearing shorts and a cap reading a paper, tucked behind the paper he is reading he is holding a speed gun:(

one mile further down the road is a Police motorcyclist, pulling them over, result was over 60 motorists in a morning:rolleyes:

sounds illegal to me.

*******s.

That is a shitter, WTF is this country coming to???

The next government that vows to treat motorists with more respect gets my vote...

It's gone right down the sh*tter, that's what's happened.. :(

If I could move to another country (if I had any real marketable skills, rather than just being 'yet another' IT bod), like Japan or even the US, I believe I would, in a second (especially Japan - better weather, cool cars, and nice looking women.. lol)

Then again - it'd probably just be 'same sh*t, different crapper' :(

I want to live in a fantasy world I think! The world of 'Firefly' (SciFi channel, 9pm Mondays) would do me quite nicely..
