Japanese ICE

Just bought a 1993 J-Spec import that came with a indash tv/gps sat nav/cd tape player. The only problem is that I can only receive 1 radio station and the tv tuner doesn't pick up UK stations. The unit is made by pioneer. Does anyone know how to convert these units to UK spec?
