Plastic kit's are ok but die-cast is the way to go. This is my slightly modified 1/18 zx with big zorst's and UK spec spoiler, but if you want to make an exact model of your own car it should'nt be to hard with all the tuning parts you can buy for these models.

Hay I'm in on this one.

If any one knows where to get hold of these models let us know

so we can get in on the act..

If you want to buy the models already kitted out, then the best bet is http://www.collectablediecast.com and look at the JADA 1/18 import racers, they dont have much choice right now but they have'nt been going long. There latest models are now coming with under floor neons:cool: .

If you want to modify one yourself , check out http://www.tuning18.com and look at there modified section for some idea's on what can be done with some resin, they do sell a lot of parts from wheels to subs, but if you want wheels go to the first link, where you can get a box of six different style wheels with tyres & brake disc's for 15 dolla(bargain) or a set of four different style wheels with spinners also for 15 dolla:D
