cat problems

just found out my cat is blowing. would this make my car run rough. ie loss of power and feels like running on 5 or less.

    just give my zed a good thrashing and cat overheat light comes on. i have tried swapping ptu and cas but still have problem. tried wiggling harness and connectors. i removed connector from coil pack and no change so i pulled that plug and checked spark, that was sparking. any suggestions?

    if your cat is coked up, it may cause the overheating, my honest opinion? scrap the buggers :)
