Hi

My passenger seat is wound right back and will not move at at.

I think there is a problem with the elecrics as one of the block connectors is missing (the one closest to the control buttons on the electric connector under the seat).

Does anyone have any expertise in these things, ie is it just a positive and negative power source?

If it is I guess i could wire it straight to the battery and test it that way, also does anyone know if there is a manual override to move the seat forward?

Ta chaps.

Haven't noticed a manual override on mine. I'd guess it's a manwell and multimeter jobbie. frown.gif

Thats it then. Ill have to go in with the multimeter!

Glen will be sticking out of the side of his Zed, arse hanging out, upsidedown under his seat, and I bet a bloody gay person comes past and feels me bum.

What the f*** am I on about. I must stop sniffing the heatsink compounds at work smile.gif

Are the passenger seats supposed to be electric as only my drivers seat is?

Depends which model you have. Jap imports have both, it may have been an option or unavailable on others.

Yeah, think it's Mk 2 Z's in the UK that had both seats electric. Mine's a 94 UK and has them but I've seen earlier (93s) with them.
