Hiya mac

so i have to take the plenum off.

from ur picture its basically the top part of the engine how big of a job is that.

iv seen the scimatics on the courtesy website for the positions of all the hoses and there all over the ****ing place the one that is leaking and giving me the problem is the one rear of the engine. if i take the top part of the engine off will i be able to access all the hoses at the rear.

Other than the hose which is behind the gearbox are there any other hoses that are diffucult to replace on the zed.

My mechanic has replaced a few of the hoses on the zed from previous customers.

But never all of them (hes dreading to do it actually)

how much of a big job is it and roughly what am i expecting to pay him 4 labour

appreciate any help u can give me

Fas

(im now broke but who cares i still love my zed):p

for a start, take it to a mechanic who knows about zeds

It is a nasty job to do,I can't give you a price as It was a friend that did mine on the cheap,(Latz from GPS)

I will ask him tomorrow how many hours it takes to do the job;)
