TPS & auto box?

Would mucking about with the TPS effect how the auto box might change gear?? (eg holding out the gears longer, like its switched to 'power')

    Had a little tweek up and all is behaving as normal.

     

    When the new one comes, I presume I'll have to get the voltmeter out for positioning?
