I have read on the internet that, every one has the right to buy something and if needed return it with full refund it they are not happy with the product or doesnt live upto their expectations. Has any one else seen this or know where it is on the net?

I ask this becuase I upped my AMD from a 2000XP to a 2800Barton XP and I have found it to be slower on many things like games. My motherboard is compatible with the chip and has the latest BIOS so its working correctly.

I want to return it becuase I dont think its worth the money I paid for it and I know the law says I can, but I cant find it on the net. Can any one show me?

if anywhere i would do a search on trading standards, trades descriptions act.

As far as I am aware you can give it back if it doesnt meet the description, either wrtitten or oral, or implied

Unless it is faulty, or doesn't do as it says it does, and I cant tell by your post, then I'm pretty sure they are not obliged to give you a refund.

Do a search on GOOGLE, it will come up for sure!
