Pic insert?

How do i insert a pic into a post??Got to the "insert image" button,press it then im lost!!! As ya can guess im s***e with a pc!!

    I tryed this one too mate, but i dont think you can put pics on here if your not a paid up member?? I could'nt.....

    now now,,dont be like that! If i found the instuctions to post a pic im sure i could have got through them and sorted it out!!Just me and PC,s aint PC if ya know what i mean!!
