i was told by nissan that i had a fault with it if its the harness is it easy to change just that?

Firstly get a second opinion!, secondly It's a pain to get to the actual sensor and the patch lead goes from a plug at the back of the engine down to the knock sensor which sits in the 'V' i.e on top of the block.....

Normally the actual sensor is OK it's the connection to it that's the problem, very prone to moisture.

But to get to it the plenum's gotta come off and the upper and lower intake manifolds as well, but don't quote me on this lol....

;)
