Guys Im just wondering if anyone else has ordered from them and had any problems with them. My girlfriend ordered a red shift boot, an e-brake boot and a trunk carpet with a big red Z in the middle, this was back in the middle of march. The two boots came but the carpet never did, the carpet cost her almost a weeks wages in canadian funds. After many phone calls and e-mails Steve from z-toyz said it must have been lost in the mail. So I asked him if he would ship another, he said no problem or we could have our money refunded, but I chose to have the new carpet shipped. He responded, I sent it to the embroidery shop, that was june 26, since then I have sent two or three e-mails with zero response.:mad:

By the way these items were ordered for my birthday on march 15 and paid for with a bank to bank money transfer so that z-toyz would receive the money on the next business day this also cost an additional $35

Well I haven't heard any bad stories about them.

 

I have dealt with Steve via e-mail a few times and I have always found him to be very polite.

 

I have an outstanding order with Ztoyz at the moment but they are known to be a little slow when it comes to delivery. But then again it's only a month since I ordered it. I'm expecting another two months for it to be delivered.

Yeah I agree he is always polite but, its been 4 months.

Seems like the guys on TT.Net do not speak of them very highly either:(

I ordered my kit about a month ago and apparently it was shipped last week (which ain't bad) because Steve sent me a mail saying that its shipped....I haven't received it yet but will update you guys when it arrives.

I have had similar responses to you droptopz. some emails are responded to others aren't even though very polite. similarly some parts where lost in post but almost got them all even though they should be since I ordered them in December last year! Just waiting for the 2 gaiters now, they might be here by september.

Regarding lead times and delivery - yes. It was well known on TT.net that due to the size of Steves operation that people could wait a long time for the product to arrive.

I can deff relate to that cuz Im a small bussiness owner as well.....but I would never make promisses I cant keep if its going to take 5 months I would tell my customer that, that way nothing bad can be said about me or my bussiness

I ordered a Full Leather trim kit from Steve @ztoyz at the end of November - the end of May came still no kit! I told him to forget it!, he got arsey!so I told him that if i didnt receive a refund within 3days of our telephone conversation I would be going to my credit card company to ask them to get it! Needless to say he paid up the following day! 2 many promises!
