Whata difference a front bumper makes!!:D

Still a primera though!!

Don't throw stones at me, but, I like that!

Looks rather good to my eye, I 'know' it's a 'fraud' but it does seem to suit the car.

Please don't post a link to this on the GTR, they'll kill me!!!

i agree with the devil, i reckon it works too!

I love it!

Can I have Skyline drivetrain too? :D

I think the only reason it 'works' is that the front of the car looks so much like a skyline, it dominates the rest of the car - and it just looks like a skyline, the shape of the car doesnt suit the bumper imho.

And it looks like a photoshop job - prob bad quality pic tho.

I can vouch its not a photoshop job cos ive met the kid before, and it will be at Billing. Gotta admire the work thats gone into it though, he used parts from GTIR and 200sx to turbo it and ive seen a dyno graph for over 200hp so all credit to the lad.

Paul

i didnt say it wasnt a good job! ;)

The boy done well, not too OTT but looking quite nice all the same.

the front end looks excellent, however it is so completely out of place with the rest of the car it looks rediculous.

Hats off to the bloke - must have cost an arm and a leg to make..

Just passed it on to a friend of mine who used to own a GTI-R, who remembers the lad asking a lot of questions (and getting a lot of advice) when building it.

I like it.. all the way up to the B pillar.. and then it turns into a Primera with a big wing.. D'oh :)

Primeras are good cars

Would've preferred a saloon but thinks it's cool either way. Wonder how much it cost?

Wonder how much it cost?

Me too and whether that amount could have been used to buy a real Skyline??!! ;)

It would look great on a 3 door version if there was one but doesn't look so good on a 5 door car!

WHy spend all that money on a Primera, why not buy a 200sx instead.

Must have got carried away!

2 right - 200SXs rock -especially the S13 ;)

Isnt the older primera egt based on the zx floor? The suspension and all that jazz?

Umm, err.

I know this guy personally and this car rocks, seriously! The amount of work that has been put into is phenomenal. The R34 bumper, the P11 bonnet has been extended to fit. The P11 tailgate has been flushed with maxima lights imported from USA and the back has been modified to take the lights. I think it's currently running at 230bhp which is way above the stock GT 150bhp. A lot of money has been sunk into this project but it's a real head turner and a real credit to Kev and a total one off, it's the skymera. http://www.skymera.net to see the work involved and more shots :D

The more I see of this, the more I admire the guy.

Top marks.

Hi Guys

Thanks for your honest comments, to me, its worked out well. Just to let you know though, even after all that cash ive spent ( and theres a canny bit involved so dont tell wor lass!) i still could afford my Dream car, so sometimes other steps have to be taken.

At the end of the day, SKYMERA has created something that will be remembered, and has been a great learning experience for me spending time, money and effort on my car.

Regards

KevShek
