HI Guys...

Ive done it... Ive bought Gary S's 300zx (see under GaryS in rides section)

It's absolutely fabulous to drive (quick shift manual) and as it's a UK car the suspension is phenominal on the back roads - much more solid than the other imports I have driven over the last few days...

Masses of power too...? more than the imports - thats probably *****x, but it certainly feels that way

It's standard so it could be ballistic with a chip.

Going to try out the 0-60 with a GPS system over the next few days - so that'll tell us whats what.

Anyway... got a problem... I need to get to the ICE in the dash to connect up a new pair of rear speakers, and although I can guess what the procedure is... I need a diagram of how the dash is put together so I don't mash it all up with a screwdriver....

Any Ideas? or links etc?

GPS is not good enough to do 0-60 times. When you have tracking to all 12 satalites you will have near perfect positioning, but you will be lucky to get more than 5 at once. Even with 7 satalites there is upto a 3 metre error.

Also GPSs only display your position every half a second or so which is not good enough to caculate your 0-60 times. I found that the the speed on a GPS unit was at its most accurate when driving directly North South East or West. Drive anywhere inbetween them and the speed reading was well out.
