You may wanna check out the autospeed website for a good intercooler waterspray with and 'intelligent controller' to work it all. Has a good breakdown of what to do.

By clean I meant (soft) water without calcium carbonate in it. Obviously, you'd need to filter out the lumps of dust/dirt etc.

No, I think you'll find that their bodies were made of brushed Stainless Steel or in fact Gold plated!!!
